Claims related to protected shipments must be submitted through the designated claims system associated with the protection service active at the time the order was placed. To process a claim efficiently, customers may be required to provide their order number, email address, proof of damage, delivery confirmation details, photographs of packaging, or other supporting documentation. Claims are generally reviewed within a few business days, although review times may vary depending on claim volume and carrier investigation procedures.

Orders placed without shipping protection may have limited eligibility for replacement, reimbursement, or reshipment assistance. While we work closely with shipping carriers to help ensure successful delivery, we are unable to guarantee compensation for packages affected by carrier-related issues when protection coverage was not selected during checkout. All customers remain subject to the terms outlined in our shipping policies, including address accuracy requirements and delivery responsibility guidelines.

Refunds or replacement requests may only be considered in situations where an item arrives defective, materially damaged during transit, or significantly different from the product originally ordered. Minor manufacturing differences, artistic variations, and small inconsistencies resulting from the production process are considered normal characteristics rather than defects. Because many collectible items are handcrafted or individually finished, slight differences in paint application, texture, alignment, surface marks, color tone, or molding details may naturally occur between products. These variations help make each item unique and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

To request support for damaged or incorrect merchandise, customers must contact customer service within 14 days of the delivery date or attempted delivery notification. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for review. Customers should retain all original packaging materials and provide clear photographs showing both the product and external packaging whenever damage occurred during shipping. Products showing signs of normal wear, accidental misuse, environmental exposure, improper handling, sun fading, moisture damage, or general aging are not covered under our replacement or refund guidelines. Packaging materials, including outer boxes, protective wraps, display bags, and shipping cartons, are intended primarily for transportation purposes and are not guaranteed to arrive in flawless cosmetic condition. Minor dents, creases, scratches, or packaging imperfections are not considered product defects.

Some products may not qualify for exchange or return once opened, assembled, attached to surfaces, or otherwise used after delivery. Specialty items designed for one-time application or collectible display may become ineligible for replacement after installation or use. In situations where replacement inventory is available, approved exchanges are typically fulfilled using the same item originally purchased whenever possible.

Customers requesting returns or exchanges for approved non-defective items may be responsible for associated return shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. If a product is officially determined to contain a manufacturing defect after inspection, reasonable shipping costs related to replacement processing may be covered by our company. International orders may be subject to additional restrictions depending on regional policies, customs limitations, or local carrier regulations.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, unofficial resellers, or non-approved retail channels may not qualify for authenticity verification or customer support services. To request assistance for items purchased through authorized retailers, customers may be required to provide an itemized receipt or dated proof of purchase confirming the transaction source. Without valid documentation, support requests may not be eligible for processing.

Each claim submitted for review is evaluated individually based on the condition of the item, available evidence, production standards, and fulfillment records. Our customer support team reserves the right to determine final eligibility for replacement, refund, or store credit at its sole discretion.
