The Smiski USA membership program is designed to provide customers with a more personalized and rewarding shopping experience through our online store and mobile application. Customers who create a registered account may gain access to exclusive member benefits, loyalty features, promotional opportunities, and special services available only to registered users. Customers who register for both the Smiski USA online store and official mobile application using the same email address may be eligible to accumulate loyalty points through qualifying purchases. The availability of rewards may vary depending on inventory, seasonal promotions, or program updates. The loyalty program is intended solely for individual personal use. Customers are not permitted to create multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, shipping information, or other forms of identification for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards, benefits, or promotional advantages. Creating duplicate accounts, registering under false information, or using the identities of family members, friends, or unrelated individuals to gain unauthorized access to rewards may result in account suspension, cancellation, or removal of accumulated points. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action whenever misuse of the membership system is suspected.
Reward points issued through the loyalty program have no monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, sold, or applied as direct discounts toward merchandise purchases unless specifically stated otherwise through an official promotion. We reserve the right to revoke membership eligibility, remove reward points, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access without prior notice if a user violates our policies, provides false information, engages in fraudulent conduct, or otherwise abuses the membership system. Accounts that are terminated due to policy violations may lose all accumulated points, rewards, and membership status, and such benefits may not be restored even if a new account is later created.
Our membership policies, loyalty program terms, and user guidelines may be updated, modified, or revised at any time to improve services, strengthen security, comply with legal requirements, or enhance customer experience. Continued use of the website, application, or membership services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policies and terms. Customers are encouraged to review membership information periodically to remain informed about current rules, benefits, and program conditions.
