We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, customers are encouraged to provide a complete shipping address including a valid first and last name. Orders submitted with incomplete or inaccurate address information may experience delays or delivery issues. Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible to provide efficient service and timely delivery.
Most packages are processed and dispatched within approximately 3 to 7 business days. During especially busy shopping periods, including major product launches, holiday sales, or inventory restocks, processing times may extend up to 10 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. We appreciate your understanding during high-volume periods, as our team works carefully to ensure every order is packed and shipped correctly.
Customers may request modifications to their shipping information or request order cancellation shortly after placing an order. Changes can usually be submitted within a limited timeframe through the order confirmation page linked in the confirmation email. After this processing window closes, updates may no longer be possible because orders may already be in preparation or transit. While we always attempt to assist with correction requests whenever possible, modifications cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or redirected. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or restricted delivery access may not qualify for reshipment or refund.
For customers planning delivery to a hotel, resort, temporary residence, or vacation destination, we strongly recommend placing the order at least two weeks before the expected arrival date. To help ensure successful delivery, include reservation details such as check-in and check-out dates along with the reservation name in the secondary address field during checkout. This additional information assists carriers and hotel staff in locating and accepting the package on behalf of the guest.
Certain specialty products may ship separately from standard merchandise due to warehouse location or international fulfillment requirements. These items may require additional processing and extended transit times depending on destination and customs procedures. International shipments may occasionally be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, duties, or carrier handling fees imposed by local authorities. Any such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country’s regulations.
To maintain fair purchasing opportunities for all customers, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, adjust, or cancel orders that appear suspicious, excessive, or intended for resale purposes. Orders associated with freight forwarding companies, package forwarding services, warehouses, storage facilities, resellers, or commercial distribution operations may be declined without prior notice. We also reserve the right to restrict multiple transactions that exceed purchase limitations or duplicate orders placed under the same customer information, billing details, or shipping address.
We currently provide shipping services only to approved delivery regions supported by our logistics network. Orders requesting shipment outside supported regions may be cancelled automatically during order verification. Customers should ensure that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays in processing or delivery complications.
